What Will You Do

- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, and other automation platforms.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and create tailored automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
- Integrate various systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and automation between tools and processes.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and optimize existing automated workflows to ensure they meet business objectives.
- Document workflows, provide training, and ensure clients are comfortable with the automated processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automation tools and trends to provide innovative solutions for clients.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in workflow automation, with hands-on knowledge of tools such as Zapier, Make, Integromat, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Experience with API integrations and understanding of how to connect various platforms.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
