We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. You will play a critical role in analyzing client operations, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending workflow automation and business process optimization solutions. As a bridge between clients and our technical team, you will ensure that our solutions are aligned with client goals, helping businesses achieve efficiency, cost savings, and growth.

What Will You Do

  • Conduct detailed analysis of client business processes, identifying opportunities for workflow automation and process improvements.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development and automation teams.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their pain points and recommend tailored automation or process optimization solutions.
  • Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and business process documentation to support automation and optimization efforts.
  • Provide data-driven insights and performance metrics to measure the success of implemented solutions.
  • Support the implementation of automated workflows by coordinating with the technical team and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Conduct post-implementation analysis to assess the impact of workflow automation and suggest further optimizations if needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in automation, AI, and business process optimization.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a workflow automation, process optimization, or tech-related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients to gather requirements and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio) and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make).
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams to ensure business needs are effectively translated into technical solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with business process optimization frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Power Automate).
  • Experience in data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Industry-specific experience in sectors such as healthcare, finance, e-commerce, or manufacturing.
  • Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or process optimization methodologies.
